We want you to be completely happy with and sure of what you're getting before you commit to hiring us. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like, and we'll do everything we can to answer them honestly and promptly. Please also check out our Frequently Asked Questions. Once you have made the decision to hire Chill for your party we will ask that you pay a booking fee by cheque. This then guarantees the booking. Once we've received the booking fee we'll send you an email formally confirming the booking. |
